20 Under 40

I had the honor of making this cake for the 20 under 40 celebration hosted by our area’s newspaper. Congratulations to all the recipients of this award! Some of them are friends of mine and definitely very deserving of this recognition. The top tier is carrot cake with vanilla buttercream filling and the bottom tier is chocolate with Bailey’s Irish Cream mousse. All frosted with vanilla buttercream.
